• Orders for our services/products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase , provided that the service has not been activated.
• Once the service has started or the digital product has been delivered, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

• The service was not provided due to a technical error on our part.
• The payment was deducted, but the service was not activated.
• Duplicate transactions due to a system error (valid proof of double charge is required).

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Custom development services, once initiated.
• Subscription fees for services that have already been utilized.
• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
